Schedule Details:
- Shift: Day shifts
- Coverage: 3 days per week
- Call: No call
- Weekend Requirement: None
Practice Details:
- Outpatient Primary Care clinic under Bon Secours Mercy Health
- Average 22 patients per day
- APP support available
- 3 exam rooms assigned to provider (10 total in practice)
- Services available on site: Laboratory and Radiology
- Practice population includes Adult, Geriatric, and Pediatric patients
Procedures Required:
- Adult outpatient care
- General pediatric outpatient care
- Pelvic exam / Pap smear
- Suturing of minor lacerations
- I&D (Incision and Drainage)
Requirements:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible – Required
- Active Virginia license – Required
- BLS – Required
- Must be available to start May 15 for 6 months
- NPDB Self-Query report within 30 days required at submission
Additional Details:
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days
- Travel expenses covered (flight, hotel, rental car)
