INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN | CLINIC ONLY
Hospital Employed | Alabama Community No Call | Defined Need | Be Busy Day One ─────────────────────────────────────────────
THE OPPORTUNITY
Step into an immediate, high-demand practice replacing a retiring physician in a well-established, hospital-employed clinic. With a shortage of 3 PCPs in the area, you'll have a full patient panel from day one — no slow ramp-up, no hospital rounds, no call. ─────────────────────────────────────────────
PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
- Clinic-only position — no hospital rounding, no call
- Immediate volume with a defined community need (3 PCP shortage)
- Join 2 employed physicians plus 2 NPs and 1 PA
- Work 4.5 days per week (M–Th 8–5, Friday 8–noon)
- Spacious, modern clinic located adjacent to the hospital
- Strong mid-level and specialty support - Friendly, established staff ─────────────────────────────────────────────
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive ongoing salary based on MGMA benchmarks
- wRVU production bonus
- Income potential of $350,000 – $450,000 per year
- Sign-on bonus of $40,000+ - Relocation assistance
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- PTO, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits ─────────────────────────────────────────────
REQUIREMENTS - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine ─────────────────────────────────────────────
