Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician - Chicago, IL
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule:
• 40 hours per week; 4 clinic days + 1 administrative day
• 1 Saturday per month
• On-call responsibilities as assigned
Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients across diverse communities. The physician will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting preventive healthcare and patient education.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop a treatment plan
• Provide preventive care and patient education
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed residency training
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
