An established private primary care practice in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient clinic.
This opportunity offers a supportive physician-led environment, strong clinical autonomy, and a gradual patient ramp-up designed to help physicians build a stable long-term practice.
Position Highlights
• Outpatient primary care setting
• 4.5-day work week with one half-day per week
• Gradual patient ramp-up schedule

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Participate in limited call rotation as needed
Requirements
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA required
