Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity – Litchfield, IL
*Position Details*
Full-time outpatient position
Monday–Friday clinic schedule
No inpatient rounding
Minimal or no call
Established adult patient population
Collaborative care model with APP support
EMR-integrated practice
*Clinical Responsibilities*
Adult primary care services
Preventive medicine and wellness exams
Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD)
Acute sick visits
Medication management and care coordination
Quality-focused, evidence-based care delivery
