Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Internal Medicine Physician to join a Primary Care Medicine team in a family-oriented community in Pueblo, CO. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $287,000–$319,000 annually.
Bonuses: Quality and/or productivity bonus may be available.
Relocation: Relocation package may be provided to eligible candidates.

Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours per week.
Work in a collaborative, collegial environment with a care-team model.
Provide world-class care and benefit from access to specialists across the network.
Share phone-only call regionally with colleagues (minimal weekend coverage expected).
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Internal Medicine.
CO license (or willing to obtain).
Clean malpractice (Highly Preferred).
Most Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is required.
DEA must be obtained prior to start.
