Job Responsibilities:

• Join a well-established primary care team in Pueblo, Colorado.
• Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours per week.
• Work in a collaborative, collegial environment with a care-team model.
• Empanel patients quickly with the support of clinical MAs for in-basket tasks.
• Provide world-class care in a growing community.
• Access specialists across the UCHealth network.
• Share phone-only call regionally, with minimal weekend coverage expected.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of nearly 1,900 physicians across the network.
• Maintain a healthy work-life balance in beautiful Southern Colorado.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Colorado medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Clean malpractice history preferred.
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
• DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start).

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain.
