Position Type: Permanent

Shift: Days (Standard weekday schedule)
Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult
Setting: Clinic / Medical Office
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care, manage patient panels, collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, and participate in regional phone-only call rotation.
Required Procedures: Standard Internal Medicine procedures
EMR System:
Support Staff: Clinical Medical Assistants and Primary Care Team
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: Phone-only call shared regionally
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine – Required
- Colorado License or willing to obtain – Required
- NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
