Location: Lake Norman, North Carolina (Charlotte Area) Position Type: Permanent Reason for Opening: Brand New Location

• Board Certified – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Minimum 5+ years post-training primary care experience

• Outpatient primary care only

• Concierge medicine model

• Ability to see all ages or adults only

• Full-time

• Weekdays only

• Equal call shared nightly and weekends between all physicians

• Concierge membership-based care

• Patients pay monthly membership fee + use health insurance

• Relationship-based care model

• 8–10 patients per day

• Additional responsibilities:

  • Patient portal messages

  • Patient phone calls

• Work alongside 10 physicians

• Dedicated nurse for each physician

• Shared referral coordinator

• Centralized support for:

  • Marketing

  • Sales

  • Billing

  • HR

  • IT

• No APPs

• Salary Range: $200,000 – $350,000

• Relocation Assistance – Negotiable

• 200 patient facing days, schedule quarterly
