- Full-time Concierge / Executive Medicine Physician (1.0 FTE; 8 half-days/week)
- Faculty appointment within a practice expanding from 4 to 5 physicians
- Individual physician-owned patient panels of approximately 200 patients
- Established, long-standing physician model
- Outpatient internal medicine: 2–6 patients per day; 60–90 minute physicals
- Robust support team: LVNs, Social Worker, Front Office Staff, referral coordinator
- 1–2 fully blocked half-days per month dedicated to teaching/precepting
- Call rotation: Every 5 weeks (Monday AM to Monday AM)
- Integrative medicine component with support for evidence-based integrated approaches

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive outpatient internal medicine experience
- Minimum of 5 years in practice
- High emotional intelligence with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Excellent communicator with a calm, non-defensive interpersonal style
- Comfort working with a high-engagement, relationship-driven population
- Strong patient-experience orientation and commitment to service excellence
- Interest in integrative medicine preferred

Qualifications:
Candidates are required to be certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and have more than five years of practice experience.

The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The minimum base salary range for this position is
$104,800-$320,100. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
