Requirements

Active CDS, DEA, and BLS required prior to start

Clean medical license with no disciplinary actions or gaps

Louisiana license preferred (open to candidates without one)

2–3 years of experience preferred due to patient complexity
Schedule & Duties
-
Full-time: 4.5 clinical days + 0.5 administrative day
-
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
-
Admin Day: Assigned based on clinic availability
-
Call: Adult-only call, 1 week every 13 weeks, minimal volume, can be taken from home
-
Pediatric call: Handled by a separate group
Compensation & Incentives
-
Base salary: $250,000+
-
Signing bonus: $25,000
-
RVU bonus: $50 per RVU above base threshold, paid quarterly
-
Loan forgiveness: Possible
-
Relocation/expense reimbursement: Up to $10,000
