🩺 Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care during overnight shifts
• Manage admissions from the emergency department and direct referrals
• Perform detailed histories, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Coordinate care plans with specialists, nursing staff, and case management
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and structured handoffs
• Manage acute conditions in an open ICU setting with intensivist support
• Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

✅ Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 1 year) in Internal Medicine
• Eligible for or active New York medical license
• DEA certification
• Clean malpractice and license history
• Hospitalist or nocturnist experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

🕒 Working Hours

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 7-On / 7-Off rotation
• No on-call duties
