Central Illinois Internal Medicine Physician Job – 45 Minutes South of Champaign

45 Minutes South of Champaign | Outpatient Focus | Flexible Schedule

• Permanent, full-time Internal Medicine physician position

• Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Internal Medicine physicians

• Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule

• Option to work 4.5 days per week

• Call rotation shared with other IM physicians:

  • Frequency varies by clinic

  • Calls first triaged by RN staff

• Cerner EMR

• Multiple clinic locations available with varying team sizes

• May be required to supervise APPs depending on clinic location

• W2 position only

• No visa sponsorship available

• Will consider 2026, 2027, and beyond candidates with ties to the area

• $350,000 base salary + RVU production

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $100,000 retention bonus
