Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, physician-led multi-specialty practice in the Hudson Valley region of New York.
This is a permanent, direct-placement opportunity within a collaborative, team-based environment that emphasizes physician autonomy, continuity of care, and strong specialty integration.

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00am–5:00pm (or 8:30am–5:00pm depending on clinic)
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• All adult patient population

Clinical Scope
• Outpatient primary care
• Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Preventive care and wellness visits
• Established patient panel available
• Average 20–25 patients per day
• 30-minute new patient visits and annual physicals
• Team-based model with NP/PA collaboration
• On-site specialty support and referral coordination

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active or pending New York license
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Clean background within past 5 years
• No pending malpractice cases
• Minimum 2 years primary care experience preferred (new graduates considered)
