Earn $400-500K or more in Southwestern Oregon! Traditional FM (round on inpatients,) FM OP or UC roles are available. All have generous salaries and low threshold RVU bonuses enabling hard working docs to earn very high incomes. This well established hospital affiliated PC group is owned and run by the physicians. Enjoy a 4 day work week a a lovely small city in a county of 110,000-with cost of living 10% less than national average! It's close to the coast, mountains, and world class recreation.
Physician Owned and Governed Practice. Traditional IP/OP model or Outpatient-only available, along with Urgent Care. Opportunity to train Family Medicine residents if desired. 4-day work week. Generous Sign-on, Relocation, PTO, CME and Benefits Package. Cost of Living is below the Oregon and national averages. The group is very involved in health care delivery innovations at the local and state levels. Base salaries of $311K (full scope FM) $278K (OP only) or $287K (UC). Low threshold RVU bonuses mean docs can produce 2000-4000 RVUs above the threshold and earn fantastic incomes!.
