Your Role & Rewards:
• Competitive Guaranteed Salary: Starting at $299,999 plus
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Additional Performance Bonus: $17,940
• CME Allowance to support ongoing professional growth
• RVU Incentives: when you transition from the guaranteed base plan
The guaranteed base salary period allows you to enjoy a smooth start with no immediate RVU expectations—focus on learning, connecting, and settling into your new practice at your own pace.
Collaborative, Supported Practice Environment:
• Strong Advanced Practice Provider and Medical Assistant support
• Work as part of a collaborative care team with seamless specialist access
