Full-Time | $295,000–$350,000/year
We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients. The provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient care for adult patients

Manage acute and chronic conditions

Develop treatment plans and preventive care strategies

Review labs and imaging; ensure appropriate follow-up

Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation

Coordinate specialist referrals

Supervise mid-level providers as needed
-
See approximately 16–24 patients per day

Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Requirements:

Active California MD or DO license
-
DEA license
-
Current CPR certification
-
Minimum 3 years of experience post-residency preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Community health or FQHC experience a plus

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts | Full-time
