Tucson, Arizona - Primary Care Physician (Post-Acute Care) We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Primary Care Physician to join our growing post-acute care team in Tucson, Arizona.
This is a full-time opportunity (5 days per week) providing care in skilled nursing facilities. You’ll enjoy strong clinical and operational support, professional autonomy, and significant earning potential in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Estimated annual compensation: $232,000 – $279,000

In this position, you will:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans

Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals

Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
-
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications-
Active Arizona physician license and DEA

Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency department, or clinic settings preferred but not required
