A growing outpatient practice in Long Island is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive adult care in a strictly outpatient setting. Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases
• Provide preventive care, annual wellness exams, and health screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
• Coordinate care with subspecialists to ensure continuity and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Active or eligible for New York State medical license
• Strong diagnostic and clinical expertise in adult medicine
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
