A well-established outpatient clinic in the Lancaster area is seeking a dedicated Internal
Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team. This opportunity offers exceptional

Job Responsibilities
● Assess, diagnose, and manage chronic conditions, acute needs, and preventive care
● Develop individualized care plans centered on patient wellness
● Maintain thorough, timely EMR documentation
● Review labs, imaging, and ensure appropriate follow-up
● Coordinate care and issue referrals to specialists
● Serve as a clinical supervisor for mid-level providers
● Participate in care team huddles, provider meetings, and organizational initiatives
● Maintain strict adherence to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and service excellence
● Meet productivity standards (typically 16–24 patients per day)
Qualifications
● DEA certification
● CPR certification
● Minimum of 3 years of experience post-residency
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Genuine commitment to serving underserved and vulnerable populations
● FQHC experience and familiarity with quality measures are preferred
● Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
