Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Conduct preventive care, annual physicals, and wellness visits
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• MD/DO with completion of Internal Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active Oregon medical license
• Commitment to high-quality, community-based care
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday clinic hours
• Minimal/shared call (if applicable)
