Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a well established, physician affiliated multi specialty group in Southwestern Connecticut. This is an outpatient focused primary care opportunity within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The practice serves a diverse patient population and provides comprehensive primary care services with access to modern facilities, coordinated care teams, and strong administrative support. Physicians benefit from established patient panels, efficient workflows, and resources designed to support high quality patient care and long term professional growth.

The location offers a suburban community setting with convenient access to nearby cities, coastal areas, and major transportation corridors.

Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Perform preventive care visits, annual physicals, and wellness exams
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and maintain long term patient relationships
• Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR
• Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut
• Visa candidates welcome to apply, including J1 waiver and H1B candidates
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Commitment to providing high quality, patient centered care

Working Hours

• Full time outpatient schedule
• Monday through Friday
• Standard daytime clinical hours
• No or minimal call responsibilities depending on practice location
• No overnight inpatient responsibilities
