Post Acute Care Opening in Orlando, FL Full-time (4-5 days/week) Employed We are seeking a compassionate and driven physician to join our post-acute care team in Orlando, Florida. * Rounding in a skilled nursing facility * Day call weekdays * Day call weekends * Dedicated night call coverage for work/life balance * Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated income range of $209,846 to $247,815 annually with no cap on productivity bonus income potential. * Additional income from billing * Access to full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc. * Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage Responsibilities * Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams * Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs * Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes * Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach * Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies * Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations Qualifications * Current Florida physician license and DEA * Experience in post-acute, acute, or primary care clinic settings preferred, but not required; new Residency grads welcome to apply * Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook
