This is a high-demand opportunity offering a $250K base salary plus a $15K bonus, along with comprehensive benefits and a strong support team.
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a patient-centered outpatient practice serving communities in Mobile, AL and Gulfport, MS. This is a high-demand opportunity offering a $250K base salary plus a $15K bonus, along with comprehensive benefits and a strong support team.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and/or family patient populations
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits and annual wellness exams
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure coordinated, value-based care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Alabama or Mississippi medical license (or eligible)
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday (Outpatient setting)
• Minimal call

• Excellent communication and patient engagement
• EMR proficiency
