We are urgently hiring a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Long Island, NY. Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive adult primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active New York medical license (or eligible)
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday (Outpatient setting)
• Limited call (if applicable)
Skills
• Strong clinical decision-making abilities
• Chronic disease management expertise
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• EMR proficiency
