Location: Tucson, AZ

Seeking a compassionate and driven Physician to join a post-acute care team in the Tucson, Arizona area. This is a full-time opportunity providing care in skilled nursing facilities with strong clinical support, autonomy, and significant earning potential.
Position Highlights:
Full-time schedule, five days per week
Rounding in skilled nursing facilities
Dedicated night call coverage to support work-life balance
No primary night call
Supportive clinical leadership and multidisciplinary team environment

Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical histories and physical exams
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree
Active Arizona medical license and DEA
Experience in post-acute, acute, emergency, or clinic settings preferred but not required

Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated annual compensation range of $232,000 – $279,000
