- 5 days a week Mon.-Fri. 8a.m.-4:30p.m.
- 20 patients a day
- EMR: Greenway Intergy
- Licensing: CT license and BLS
- Support Staff: 1:1 MA
- Adult primary care: sick visits, well visits, medication management
- Setting: Community Health Center
- Ideal candidate can do 6 months+
