💰 $230,000 – $260,000+ annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Internal Medicine Physician (or Family Medicine Physician) to join our growing healthcare team in the Chicagoland area. 🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care in accordance with specialty certification and organizational policies

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support clinical excellence

• Supervise and mentor clinical support staff (NA, MA, LPN, RN, PA, NP)

• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and organizational standards

• Maintain productivity while delivering compassionate care

• Participate in on-call coverage and inpatient rounding as needed

• Provide age-appropriate care across patient populations

• Engage in ongoing training, consultation, and professional development

• Uphold corporate compliance and organizational values

✅ Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or equivalent)

• Active Illinois State Medical License

• DEA Certificate

• Board Certification (or actively pursuing) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
