We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice focused on comprehensive adult primary care. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values continuity of care, preventive medicine, and meaningful patient relationships—without inpatient or call responsibilities.

🏥 Position Highlights

• 100% Outpatient Practice

• Monday–Friday Schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Optional 10-hour shift schedule available

• No nights. No weekends. No call.

• Manageable patient volume: 23–25 patients per day

• Preventive care & annual wellness visits

• Chronic disease management

• Acute care visits

• Coordination with specialists

• Patient education & lifestyle counseling

• EMR documentation in a modern system

💰 Compensation & Incentives

• $228,000 – $350,000 annual salary

✅ Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution

• Completion of ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

• Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience

• Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills
