This role offers a unique opportunity to provide physician-led clinical care while serving as Medical Director in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll oversee high-quality patient care, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a supportive onsite environment.
Job Responsibilities
• 👨⚕️ Conduct patient evaluations and physical examinations
• 🧪 Order, interpret, and document diagnostic studies
• 📋 Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• 💊 Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions
• 🩺 Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• 🤝 Coordinate referrals and collaborate with care teams
• ❤️ Educate patients and families on care plans
• 📝 Ensure accurate and timely daily clinical documentation
• 📦 Oversee medical supplies and clinical operations onsite
Qualifications
• MD, DO, or MBBS degree
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
• Ability to work in an onsite SNF environment
