We are seeking a Bi-lingual, Board Certified Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care with a focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
Responsibilities:

Provide routine primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management

Serve as the main point of contact for patients and coordinate care with specialists as needed

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $300,000"$325,000 (DOE)

Qualifications:

Active Florida medical license

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
