A well-established, community-focused healthcare system in Rome, New York is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist (MD/DO) to join a supportive and well-structured inpatient team. 🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care on a 7 on / 7 off rotation

• Perform daily rounding and admissions

• Manage rapid responses and codes

• Collaborate closely with intensivists and specialists

• Conduct histories, physicals, and documentation

• Deliver patient-centered care in a team-based environment

✅ Candidate Requirements

• ✔️ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  (BE accepted for new grads; must become BC within 2 years)

• ✔️ New York medical license (or willingness to obtain)

• ✔️ DEA, BLS, ACLS, PALS

• ✔️ Clean malpractice and licensing history

• ✔️ Comfortable working in an open ICU model

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• 💵 Guaranteed base salary: $250,000 – $275,000

• 🎁 $15,000 signing bonus
