Required Skills:
  • Proven expertise in performing 14-16 procedures per day within a gastroenterology setting
  • Ability to efficiently manage procedures and on-call duties
  • Strong understanding of internal medicine and gastroenterological practices
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with outpatient procedures
  • Prior history of performing procedures in a dedicated specialist role
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills to serve diverse populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree with board certification in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology
  • Active medical license to practice in the designated state(s)

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday with one weekend call per month
  • Flexibility to perform procedures without schedule split
  • Willingness to undertake long-term assignment commitments
  • Must maintain current licensure and certifications, including ACLS or BLS as applicable
  • Additional travel and licensure reimbursements offered when applicable
