Post-Acute Care Medical Director Opening – Greensboro, North Carolina
Location: Greensboro, NC

Seeking a Post-Acute Care Medical Director to join a growing post-acute care program in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a full-time, in-person physician leadership role offering autonomy, strong earning potential, and comprehensive clinical and operational support.
Position Highlights:
Full-time W2 physician leadership position
In-person role, five days per week in Greensboro
Monday through Friday round-and-go schedule
No primary night call
Uncapped earnings with bi-weekly bonuses
Clinical oversight and leadership of nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Well-developed infrastructure with extensive back-office support

Nationwide collaboration with other clinicians

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to post-acute patient population
Build relationships with patients and families
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards
Provide clinical oversight and guidance to APPs
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Support and Development:
Three-month onboarding program with dedicated mentor

Qualifications:
Active North Carolina medical license and DEA
Experience in post-acute, acute, emergency, or clinic settings preferred
New graduates welcome
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to commute or relocate to Greensboro, NC
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated annual compensation range of $281,147 – $319,170
