Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a concierge practice focused on high-quality, personalized care. This role supports meaningful patient relationships through longer visits, manageable schedules, and a collaborative clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Virginia medical license or eligibility
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday schedule, enjoy your weekends off!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $250,000–$300,000 (DOE)

- 4 weeks paid time off (PTO)
