This enterprisewide role provides leadership across 9 hospitals and more than 560 physicians and advanced practice providers. The opportunity is well suited for a wellrounded Internal Medicine leader known for sound judgment, collaborative leadership, and disciplined execution. This rare senior leadership role sits at the intersection of clinical quality, physician leadership, and enterprise execution. The System Executive Medical Director, Medicine oversees Internal Medicine and subspecialty divisions, residency and fellowship programs, and sets systemwide standards for quality, safety, and clinical integration.
