Position Highlights
- Part-time schedule: 2 days per week
- Associate physician leadership role with growth opportunities
- Fee-for-service compensation with uncapped productivity income

- Rounding in skilled nursing / post-acute care facilities
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to NPs and PAs
- Focus on care coordination, quality outcomes, and patient/family engagement
- Participation in an ACO model with shared savings incentives
- Innovative population health reporting tools to support timely, data-driven care
- Structured 3-month onboarding program

- MD or DO
- Active North Carolina medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
- Background in FM, IM, EM, Hospital Medicine, Primary Care, Post-Acute, Hospice, or Palliative Care
- New graduates welcome
- Strong communication skills and interest in leadership
- Ability to commute or relocate to the practice area (required)
