Position Highlights
  • Part-time schedule: 2 days per week
  • Associate physician leadership role with growth opportunities
  • Fee-for-service compensation with uncapped productivity income

The Practice
  • Rounding in skilled nursing / post-acute care facilities
  • Provide clinical oversight and guidance to NPs and PAs
  • Focus on care coordination, quality outcomes, and patient/family engagement
  • Participation in an ACO model with shared savings incentives
  • Innovative population health reporting tools to support timely, data-driven care

  • Structured 3-month onboarding program

Candidate Qualifications
  • MD or DO
  • Active North Carolina medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
  • Background in FM, IM, EM, Hospital Medicine, Primary Care, Post-Acute, Hospice, or Palliative Care
  • New graduates welcome
  • Strong communication skills and interest in leadership
  • Ability to commute or relocate to the practice area (required)
