Post-Acute Care Physician - Worcester, MA
A national healthcare organization is seeking a Physician to join their Post-Acute Care team in Worcester, MA. This full-time position offers productivity-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
Perks and Benefits:
• Salary Range: $252,000 to $302,000 annually
• Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity bonuses

Practice Highlights/Qualifications:
• Day call M-F, Day call weekend rotation
• Post-acute care setting (SNF/rehabilitation)
• Collaborative team environment
• Back-office and administrative support
• MD/DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• MA license or ability to obtain
• Post-acute care experience preferred but not required
