Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Only | $300K+ Salary
Locations: Van Buren, Eminence, Ellington and Doniphan in Missouri
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join an established FQHC serving rural Missouri communities (Van Buren, Eminence, Ellington, Doniphan). Provide high-quality primary care with a strong support team and excellent work-life balance.
Position Highlights:

Job Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations, physical examinations, and follow-up visits in a clinic-based setting.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based medical practices.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and imaging studies.
Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions while monitoring patient outcomes and adherence.
Provide patient education focused on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including nurses, care coordinators, behavioral health providers, and specialists, to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Qualifications
• BC/BE in Internal Medicine
• BLS (ACLS if applicable)
• Experience with underserved populations preferred
