Primary Care Physician— Holiday, Florida

Role:
- Compensation: Upto $290K salary + up to 20% of base salary in bonus’
- Competitive sign on bonus
- Bonus’ based on: 1. Patient satisfaction rating 2. Living the company’s values 3. HEDIS compliance 4. Reducing hospital sick days
- Primary Care – Outpatient
- Low patient volume - 15-18 patients per day
- Value Based Care Model
- Patient population: Seniors with 3-5 complex diseases (Hearth disease, diabetes, hypertension etc.)
