Primary Care Physician 100% Outpatient | No Call | Denver, CO

Join a well-established clinic in beautiful Denver, Colorado, that specializes in whole-person, senior-centered care. Youll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care without the pressure of high patient volume or after-hours call.
Practice Overview:
- Practice Type: outpatient primary care practice
- Patient Demographic: adults to seniors
- EMR: Allscripts
- Integrated AI tool for dictation, documentation, and summaries
Position Details:
- Specialties: Internal Medicine / Family Medicine
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 12-15 patients per day
- 32 patient-facing hours, 8 administrative hours/week
- No Call
- No Nights or Weekends
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Salary:Â starting at $250,000
- Start Bonus: $20,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Retention Bonus
- Productivity Bonus
- Total compensation: $300K+ by year 2
- Partnership Track: Includes base + productivity + equity
