Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Licensed to practice in the applicable state
- Proven experience with oncology and hematology patient management
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (Mosiaq experience preferred)
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple patient interactions efficiently
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a cancer center or similar outpatient setting
- Knowledge of clinical trial protocols
- Experience with chemotherapy administration and supportive care
- Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration and tumor board participation
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of post-residency experience in hematology and oncology
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training in Hematology and Oncology
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to participate in rotating weekend call (24-hour availability)
- Support staff includes medical assistants and RNs for smooth clinic operations
- Willingness to utilize Mosiaq EMR system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
