We are seeking a Locum Tenens Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care services in a long-term care setting. The role involves daily onsite coverage in a 98-bed skilled nursing facility, delivering standard primary care to residents in a collaborative, well-supported environment. This opportunity offers predictable weekday hours with no call and no procedural responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct daily patient rounds and ongoing medical management
• Collaborate with nursing staff and onsite advanced practice providers
• Be available for clinical consultation with the APP as needed
• Document patient care accurately using the electronic medical record
Qualifications
• Active medical license (IMLC-eligible physicians accepted)
• DEA license required
• Comfortable practicing in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing setting
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative approach to care
Working Hours
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• On Call: None
