This is a permanent, full-time outpatient clinical role focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. You’ll work in a supportive, team-based environment providing high-quality care while maintaining a strong work–life balance. 💙
Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings
• Develop treatment plans and coordinate referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician
• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Eligible for Oregon medical licensure (facility will assist with OR license process)
• DEA license and CPR certification required
• Prior primary care or outpatient experience preferred
Working Hours
⏰ Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Outpatient Clinic Hours
