Case Types: Urgent Care and Medical Weight Loss (MWL) both required, and optional TRT/HRT

Scheduling and Work Expectations:
Providers submit monthly availability to open calendar windows for synchronous appointments that patients can book directly.
Providers may opt in to additional shifts as desired.
Asynchronous work (chart reviews) can be completed flexibly, including overnight, provided it is done from a suitable professional location.
A minimum 20-hour synchronous weekly commitment is required.

Shifts will fall within the following Operating Hours (EST):
Service Line: Operating Hours
Medical Weight Loss (MWL) :7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Urgent Care (UC): 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
TRT/HRT: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
**If a provider supports multiple verticals, the provider’s availability will match the longest operational window.
Example: MWL + TRT = 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
Note: Some clients may require access to specific EHR systems. Training is provided as needed.

Eligibility and Credentialing:
Providers MUST be Medicare-eligible.

Training and Onboarding:
Total cred time 2-5 weeks from interview to first patient (generally fast but dependent on BG checks coming back and providers responsiveness)
Training Duration: 2 days (4 hours each day)
Structure:
Day 1: Live welcome, technology setup, and scheduling overview. Must complete all Day 1 modules by end of day.
Day 2: Includes live checkpoints, additional modules, and test patients (A, B, C).
Providers must pass all test patients.
Failure on Test Patient D results in offboarding.
Lead Review: Leads have 24 hours to sign off on test patient results.
Training Pay Rates: MDs: $90/hour pay (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Providers may cross-train on additional verticals or accounts as needed.

Pay Structure:
Once working will be per assessment, these rates are firm and NON-NEGOTIABLE. Pay per assessment is as follows:

MWL:
Sync: $30/assessment
Async Weekday: $8/assessment
Async Weekend: $9/assessment
No show: $15/assessment (expected to pick up Async assessments during that time if patient no shows - these are paid)

Urgent Care:
Sync: $30/assessment
Async: $7/assessment
No show: $15/assessment (expected to pick up Async assessments during that time if patient no shows - these are paid)

HRT/TRT:
Sync: $40/assessment
Async: $7/assessment
No show: $15/assessment (expected to pick up Async assessments during that time if patient no shows - these are paid)
