Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Compensation: $200,000 – $295,000 per year

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, daytime hours | Outpatient Only | In-Person

We are seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven, multidisciplinary outpatient health organization dedicated to improving the well-being of diverse and medically underserved communities. As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care alongside an integrated care team that may include specialists, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, behavioral health professionals, and other support staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Deliver preventive services, including screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling

  • Develop individualized treatment and follow-up care plans

  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate specialty referrals

  • Deliver culturally competent care with attention to social determinants of health

  • Participate in quality improvement, population health initiatives, and team-based care meetings

  • Complete accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)

  • Engage in organizational initiatives that advance patient care and community health

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

  • Active state medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • Prior outpatient or community health experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and team collaboration skills

  • Commitment to caring for underserved, multicultural, and diverse patient populations
