Regional Medical Director – Post-Acute & Long-Term Care
Universal Health Corporation (UHC) is seeking a full-time Regional Medical Director to join our growing post-acute and long-term care practice. This is a leadership opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while helping to grow and develop a regional medical program.
UHealth is looking for physicians to provide clinical leadership in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities throughout North Carolina and Virginia. Physicians collaborate closely with Advanced Practice Providers and facility administrators to help ensure the best care for patients.
We are looking for a physician with an entrepreneurial mindset who values both excellent patient care and continuous improvement. In return, UHealth offers a competitive salary plus profit-sharing, allowing our Medical Directors to share directly in the success of the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Oversight and mentorship of Advanced Practice Providers
Opportunity to build and expand a regional practice

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active medical license
Experience or interest in post-acute/long-term care (preferred)
Working Hours
Day shift only
No nights, no weekends
