Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

This role offers an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment, providing specialized care to patients with complex hematology and oncology needs.
Required Skills:
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
- Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state
- Proven experience in hematology and oncology clinical care
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in a clinic setting, particularly establishing new patient care protocols
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Research experience or participation in clinical trials related to hematology and oncology
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completion of fellowship in Hematology and Oncology
- At least 3 years of clinical practice in hematology and oncology
- Previous experience in establishing or working within new clinics or emerging healthcare settings
Other Requirements:
- Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend consults as needed
- Willingness to participate in community outreach initiatives
- Valid DEA certification (if applicable)
