This role offers an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment, providing specialized care to patients with complex hematology and oncology needs.

Required Skills:
  • MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology
  • Valid medical license to practice in the applicable state
  • Proven experience in hematology and oncology clinical care
  • Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in a clinic setting, particularly establishing new patient care protocols
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Research experience or participation in clinical trials related to hematology and oncology
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Completion of fellowship in Hematology and Oncology
  • At least 3 years of clinical practice in hematology and oncology
  • Previous experience in establishing or working within new clinics or emerging healthcare settings

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend consults as needed
  • Willingness to participate in community outreach initiatives
  • Valid DEA certification (if applicable)

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with potential for overtime after 40 hours of clinical work per week. We seek proactive candidates eager to contribute to a growing practice and improve patient outcomes.
