Preferred Schedule: M-F, 8 am to 5 pm
Worksite Setting: Outpatient/Primary Care. Non-profit. Largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in MD
Scope of Work: Average patient per day is between 20-22.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Maryland MD license, Active Board Certification, CDS, DEA, Active CPR
