• Provide comprehensive adult primary care services
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive and wellness-focused care
• Practice team-based, patient-centered medicine
• Serve a diverse patient population
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance
Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop and monitor treatment plans
• Provide health maintenance and preventive screenings
• Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
• Coordinate care with specialists and care teams
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Completed Internal Medicine residency
• Active or eligible U.S. medical license
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license (required)

• Day shift
• No or minimal call
